Installer
We’re not looking for one-off installers who disappear after the job is done — we value professionals committed to long-term quality and service.Installer members are expected to:

Respond to leads within 3 working days

Offer a 5-year workmanship warranty
-
Ensure systems are serviced on regular basis

Leave a service record (e.g., sticker) at the heat source
-
Design and install systems to suit each home’s needs
Supplier
We’re not interested in brands that just want visibility without responsibility.
To be recognised as an NZICH supplier, you must:

Provide on-the-shelf spare parts

Offer minimum phone-based technical support
-
Actively support training and education
-
Provide fair warranty terms and uphold claims professionally
